CPU board for Rowe AMI CTI-2 RI-3 R84 to R88, ideal for replacing or repairing your Rowe AMI CCC system jukebox.

This CPU is a perfect clone of the original CPU identified by part number 6-08988-01 or 6-08988-04, under the name R6500/1 Alternate, or any original Rockwell microcontroller (R650x) that is typically mounted on the CCC board.

No surprises. Functionally, the CPU is strictly identical to the original. It is therefore 100% compatible.

No soldering, nothing to prepare. Just insert the CPU into its 2×20-pin socket.

In addition to providing the same functions as the original CPU, this clone includes a wireless interface that lets you analyze the operation of the entire system in real time. You’ll spot any wiring problem in an instant.

You can even take control of the jukebox over the air. Start a disc, test the mechanism, add credit, etc…

How it works

To achieve an exact clone, we first modeled the original alternate board, which includes an R6503 CPU, a 2KB program ROM of the 2716 type, an RRIOT R6532, and a PIO R6520.

Then we retrieved the ROM code, which is run on our model.

This ensures strictly identical behavior to the original, both in terms of functionality and timing.
